post in two categories bad for SEO ?

on my personal blog I have multiple categories, I have an post I made that fits into two categories. I checked both, Can this hurt my SEO for this post and future posts if I do this ? I've read about keyword cannibalization but I'm not sure if this is related.

its not news site, but its not a product site either. Its personal blog I give tutorials, tips and news about a particular niche

It's probably fine and not the worst thing that you should worry about. Just have unique descriptions for each category and do NOT have categories in URLs. If your page is accessible from multiple locations on your website, it should always have the same URL. Otherwise you are creating multiple pages with the exact same content which you don't want to do.

The same would be if you link to your post from 2 different pages, so categories are only listing your post and this is totally safe.
All major websites do it.

I use the url syntax %post_name% only. The categories are not in the urls.
