Amazon SES not approving Sending Limits

I am using Sendy as Email Marketing Self hosting software and mailed Amazon requesting sending increase limits but they are not approving it.
They are asking me how do I manage bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests.
This is so frustrating.

Sent a reply, again they said they cannot approve my limit.
We made this decision because we believe that your use case would impact the deliverability of our service.

Lucky you.. They are so many who are not even getting accounts these days due to their over TOS updates lately. Check alternative source ..

just told them I have a larger list to send them emails, and presented them the website and what I will be sending

Send them the website URL, and make sure you fill all the blanks (even those containing mention optional), and mention the opt-in lists you have and their number (example 9000 emails x 3 different sending per day, newsletter, digest, etc...), and it has to work

They have rejected my request for the second time saying
"We made this decision because we believe that your use case would impact the deliverability of our service.
We cannot assist you further with this issue, and we will not respond to additional messages on this subject."

I got 60k sending limits without any issue ..
i just told them that i will be using it for sending singup verification urls.
