Can someone advise if they are well or overpriced? Based on the package prices.

To confirm I am not selling any packages.

I am a Web designer /developer and quite new to the seo arena.

There's a shit ton of sellers and it's hard to determine legitimate ones.

Based on a PM I received I'm going to reject the services and aim for actual authoritiy/ relevant sites with impressive stats. Quality over quantity is what I'm hearing!

There are guest posts and there are GUEST POSTS.

These were being sold as high DA guest posts by someone recently.

Yeap exactly same, a guy offered me his "high DR" PBN service, lol. After he showed me one of his PBN pages it was just google redirects, no traffic nothing.... totaly BS.
Honestly best way is to make own PBN or buy from trusted people.
