Disclaimer: I received a free review copy in exchange for this review.
I don't think I have any history of purchasing a service from this seller, so my review is from a new customer perspective.
Stack and Cloud:
- All properties are correctly embedded in the main site, just like the sample shown.
- All links are valid and clickable.
- Seller used a mixed variety of anchors text.
Indexing and ranking:
The stack is already indexed! I expect the cloud links to index soon because of the using tier-2 links and three indexing services. As per the cache, stack indexed on Oct 11th, and I see some immediate boost in the ranking of primary keywords for the next two days. Check the screenshot below.
I'm sure this stack is giving the boost because I'm not building any other backlinks.
Content: When I checked the sample report, the content used for Google properties had a lesser word count. When I raised this concern, the seller immediately agreed to increase the word count to 500 without additional cost.
The content quality is top-notch, which surprised me because I usually don't get such quality content for backlink purposes. Actually, I can use this content for my money site. Maybe I will request the seller to share the writer's contact details for my future projects.
I Received a total of 5 articles, and all passed Copyscape and Grammarly check for plagiarism. Grammarly reported a quality score of 95+ for all articles. I read the articles, and I can say that the writer did a fair amount of research.
Customer Support: I'm impressed with the way he handles my questions and concerns. I have asked a ton of questions to the seller based on the sample report, and the seller answered all my questions patiently. Our conversation is two pages long!
Usually, whenever I ask multiple questions to sellers in a single message, They just gaze through and respond with partial answers. But this seller is an exception! Seller took his time to read my messages thoroughly and gave me a response within a few hours.
Issues Noticed: One of the cloud link pages shows an XML error, and one of the target keywords hyperlinked to the wrong website. It's a genuine mistake since the keyword is an FQDN. I have already highlighted the same to the seller, and he fixed it immediately.
One of the images used was copied from my competitor website. I'm okay with that, and if requested, I'm sure the seller is ready to fix that as well.
Verdict: This is a reliable service at a fair price from a good seller. I will buy from this seller AGAIN.
