[Question] Rank other language keywords

Hi all experts,

I'm wondering of how big G rank my keyword in other language ? My language still based in Latin character with some additional.

For example if I'm ranking for "Dự đoán tương lai" would it affect "Du doan tuong lai" ?

Im not sure, i haven seen sometimes ranking the words like you say, but i dont know if is a google thing or the webmaster decided to write it that way in the title and desription.

No it's not translated keyword. For example:

In Vietnamese languague, the right typing is : "Dự đoán tương lai"

But high percent of people in my country input the simple version : "Du doan tuong lai" in Google.

That's my concern.

You can check GSC to analize the clicks and impresions of these different terms. From my experience, normally Google differences among terms with different characters, even meaning the same or just with only one changing.

Example in spanish:

centro de formación
centro de formacion

Even if for Google Ads are the same term, for Google search engines are different terms.

Sometimes that is shit cause we want to create content for the users and not for engines. But you dont need to worry to much about it, I think. Just keep doing it right and in the end your pages will eventually be strong for both terms.

It's the same keyword. It's also the case for many foreign serps where people are lazy and not using accents on keywords is nothing unusual. The unaccented keywords almost always have a lot more search volume. Also, you don't have to place the unaccented versions in your title, content, anchors or anywhere for that matter to rank for them.

Well... It would be silly of me to write 2 different copies... One in British English and another in American English.

It's not necessarily the same case as those are correct spellings. Writing accented words without the accents is a misspelling. Also, in quite a few foreign languages that I know some words can have a different meaning when single or multiple letters of a word get accented.

Yes, the unaccented keywords have a huge search volume compare to the original one. But noticed that when I tried to search with unaccented kw, the results show also for the main keyword. That's why I leave the unaccented alone and still put my effort on the original one.
