Wondering which hosting companies you guys recommend for Mobile Apps? (ANDROID AND IOS) it is a social media style of account so userbase will continue on groing as time goes on

Firebase is a NO NO in terms of cost. Op, get a VPS server from DigitalOcean or Vultr then upgrade as your usebase increases. Easy!

No one can give you good advice if you're being this unspecific. Do you have a backend you need to host? If yes, what kind?
Or do you only need a database? If yes, what kind?

@dating app is huge sphere, you need to be more precise so others can help you,
do you have admin panel? do you need live 1:1 chat service? etc..
