Creating a facebook profile, without getting it deleted each time?

I've got a chromebook. Bounced on a Tmobile network for newer IP. 2 days later I go back and the account is disabled. What is the best way to create a facebook account without it getting closed? I just want to join a few groups. On my own laptop I get disabled at the sign up screen after creating the account. New IP, VPN, new gmail account. I think my mac is flagged as a friend stated. Are there any how to create a new a facebook account info details out there?

Thanks. And also I've seen some for sale and they charge so much for market place? Do you need X amount of time or posts or friends to be able to view this?

Alright I'll try this again and do it. For now I just paid $3.99 for an account and see how it goes. It's just for research and is there a limit for market place like how many friends or time frame on the site?
