I have some posts that rank and brings heavy traffic to my blog.
and some (old) post don't even appear on any page of google (they are indexed) (i regularly update the post & made good backlinks as well - these keywords are low competition)

What must be the reason for not ranking posts?

+

There are multiple posts that don't rank for the main keyword but rank for other keywords.

Just Tags , Include same tags in Your Content as Per give some social shares first Ping them All ! Hope it would be Helpful !

Most likely you are misjudging keyword competition. You claim they are owe comp but they might not be. This is very common.

Your topical relevancy might be off as well.

Also, page(s) might be very new.

Google: "Buy ads from us instead of ranking with SEO you f******* ****"
BHW Users: "OMG Google has an index bug that has lasted 2554 months and they can't fix"

Please.

Any new post/website published after May 5th update seems to get sandboxed to infinity. They want you to spend $$$ on ads hombre.

No, they are very old posts. with really good content and regular updated and competition is very very low.

No, they are very old posts. with really good content and regular updated and competition is very very low.

Possible reasons:
- low topical relevance
- sandbox
- over-optimized link anchor text

I am guessing your content don't have relevancy to those keywords which aren't targeting. Try changing title and content to something that is related to the keywords you want to be ranked.
