Nah .. everything gets dumped in folders so opening the email client is more of a surprise / lucky dip 
Day to day emails are not so bad it's Monday morning when no one is replying to customer service emails over the weekend that things get "interesting"

Happened alot when I Was kid ! Always engaging in clickbait websites and spam post and Always ended up We spammy mails around my Email !

Hiring a $30 VA would probably knock out thousands of emails
Basically, get them to sort your stuff
- Send to you (PRIORITY)
-Send to a backup email (LOW PRIORITY)
- Keep in your inbox (LOWEST PRIORITY)
- Delete (TRASH)
Of course, you'll need to fill out a spec sheet spelling out the sorting process
You'll need someone with a decent command of the English language AND a whole lot of common sense

My wife's email is just so full up she makes another one because she can't track important emails, imagine to be subscribed to all fashion bs related websites on the planet and beyond.
I get anxious if I don`t have it clean, especially because I receive auto-forwards from my businesses.
