For me, the side effects of mental enhancers started doing weird things to my life/personal-relationships/head over time. More trouble than the benefit. That being said, I have some friends who swear by mental enhancement.

Coffee, light exercise, then sleep. Nothing keeps you more mentally aware and sharp than good rest.

I was taking modafenil for sometime ,trust me i will never touch it again ,i started having medical issues after using it.
Initially it will improve your productivity later it will destroy your sleep rhythm and trigger all kind of nasty things which you have to take pills for your entire life.

It's the coolest drink in the world. Lightly carbonated, very lightly sweet and blows up your head. It's a (somewhat) legal way to get high, without any of the downsides of smoking cigarettes

That actually sounds really interesting. I'm not sure I'd go through the trouble of hunting down tobacco and making it myself, but I'd definitely be willing to try it in the unlikely event that I should encounter one.

As a side note, I don't smoke. Last year I tried a disposable vape pen to see if it would improve my focus. It worked... sort of. But no more than a couple of days into it, it had already become more of an addiction than a boost. By the time that thing ran out, I had to completely detox from it.

It gave me skin rash.. and makes me lose my temper out of sudden after the effect wear off.
It aint natural, really gonna mess up with your brain chemistry.

I stick to the coffee, l-theanine, kratom(pure kratom tea no mix it with any substance 1-2 times a week), and ashwagandha before gym.

Works well, but it can effect sleep quality. Use it maximum 3-4 days a week.

The focus I got on it was fantastic. Can work for 12 hours without feeling hungry or distracted. Also, be sure to stay hydrated.

I am using modafinil, it's amazing, gives you focus, but beware, if your focus is on some other thing, you are screwed: once, i spent 10 hours reading about zodiac, things that i am not that into to begin with

always moda mate, i´m a entrepreneur since several years and Q4 preparation is always pain - i mostly need around 3 weeks to prepare everything, with moda i need twice less time lol!

Yes, i have close people nearby who get to the point of abusing Moda and not ending well so must be very precious in any way as any medicine.

I used only when I needed it, and 1/4 of a pill on that exact day, so I was kind of, not micro, but minidosing. Didn't have any issues
