Review time
I requested a review copy on September 8. On September 9 the seller contacted me and requested a link to my channel.
I did not have any requests such as drip-feed, what videos should he pick, etc as I wanted to see how the service is point-blank. As I understand you can request drip-feeding and other things, but I did not so I can't comment on it.
Order placed: September 9
Order started: September 10
Order finished: September 15
The seller delivered a total of 4,900 hours across 4 videos.
The daily delivery rate was as follows:
September 10: 120 hours
September 11: 580 hours
September 12: 729 hours
September 13: 513 hours
September 14: 1279 hours
September 15: 1706 hours
Again, I did not request drip-feeding.
Monetization tab - A+
Every single watch time hour delivered can be viewed in the monetization tab.
I received no likes, subscribers, or comments along with the views as I understand it isn't part of the package.
Traffic sources - A
The main traffic source was playlists.
I'd rather get watch hours from playlist rather than "Direct or Unknown" so I'm going to rate it A.
On one video there was a ~10% audience from direct sources but on the other 3 videos it was 98% playlists.
Audience Geography - -A
The TOP 10 countries were Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, South Korea, India, Colombia, Brazil, the US, Turkey & Egypt.
The -A is because of diversity. I appreciate the fact that views came from a multitude of countries.
The only way this would get an A+ is if the views came only from Tier 1 countries, but I imagine that would cost more.

Can you get monetized with those?
This is my main plan right now.
I cannot give an answer to this as right now I'm 900 subscribers short.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find a reliable source for subscribers as the SMM Panels I tried the more subscribers I bought the more I lost.
I will come back after I get to 1.000 subscribers.

As of now I can only recommend this service as I didn't notice anything wrong with it.
The only thing that might turn me off if this was an important channel is the fact that 2.985 hours were delivered in just two days (September 14 and September 15) BUT I cannot rate this as a con because I did not request drip-feeding and just let the seller do whatever he wants.

I ordered 1,000 hours for my gaming YouTube channel and everything was delivered appropriately. I went from around 2,700 watch hours to 3,600+. All views came from playlist promotion which is not against YouTubes TOS and will get you monetized. You can not dictate what playlist you get on as it is up to the YouTube community whether or not they want to share your content on their active playlist. Most views came from Vietnam, Thailand and South Korea. Would be nice if they used higher CPM countries down the road as it would increase viewership in the areas you are trying to hit. Otherwise great service and will definitely recommend other to use.
P.S. Don't listen to fudsters. If you have the capital to get expedite getting your content monetized on YouTube then do it. Just don't let YouTube catch you
Review Time.
I received a free review copy from OP for 2000 watch hours.
The youtube channel used for this review is new with only 5 videos from 1 to 19 min length.
The watch hours were delivered fast, spread between all videos to make it look more organic.
YT Analytics also shows these views were delivered through Youtube Playlists (around 94%).
The retention is quite high 90%.
The review copy did not include followers, but the channel got 50+ new followers.
This service is good, they use the famous Vietnamese playlist technique to send organic views to your videos.
It doesn't look fishy or weird.
I highly recommend it.
