Blocked For a Week

So i was unfollowing a bunch of people today from my phone and my instagram account is now temporary blocked until the 12th. I havent botted ig in years so these were a lot of old followings i had. Is there anyway to bypass the temp block or do i have to wait out the week? I cant post like comment or anything

Is your whole account locked or is it just the actions that are unblocked?

Don't unfollow to many people in one session, even if you're on your phone. This is not a typical user behaviour. Why would someone unfollow many pages that he is interested in? Well he wouldn't, unless he is just following and unfollowing different pages to grow his account. Just wait until you're unblocked and keep it slow.

Yeah you just went to fast.
It shouldn't get you shadow banned

You can try this-
Log out of your IG and login on another device that is on a different IP. Sometimes this can fix it.
If it does, rest account from likes/unfollows/follows for a few days.

If it is still blocked- leave till the date specified. Then slowly begin doing actions. Like 5-10 a day for the first few days, then increase

Just wait, and you will be fine. Now you can do it 6000-7000 actions per month: follow+unfollow+like+comments and 100-200 actions per day if you're starting warming up.

na im not trying to bot on that account. so hopefully im good. I requested an appeal and sent a picture of the action block i get to instagram in hopes of getting it unblocked quicker. Saw some youtube videos that did that to unblock em quicker. So hopefully that works.
