Hi, I think it all depends on what Internet connection you use. If the ip address is static, it doesn't have to be, because everything looks plausible. If you use mobile proxies, then you must. Although I recently encountered such a problem - a lot of accounts were spent on captcha and phone confirmation, and a few days before that, there was no new activity on the "Login Activity"connection locations. Apparently this system failed, and the accants were spammed on Instagram ( so be careful)
