I understand how you feel, but somehow you can't really blame his service, as i think it works great for some purposes.
But for long-term accounts, there are better options.

Well, i also create accounts myself but i don't sell them. I would suggest you to have a look on BGW marketplace here ; i know some sellers actually sell "handmade" accounts. Might be the HQ you could have

Sorry I won't share this information here, neither on DMs. I guess it's the same method than the sellers do, here on BHW.
Also, it requires a lot of knowledge & an advanced system to create IG accounts in quantity, nowadays. If you are not expert in this field, i definitely advise you to buy these cheap accounts (less than 0.50 $), as it's a whole job to create them.
More important, be aware that a proper warm-up is needed, otherwise not even HQ accounts would do the trick !

Did you ask for support? To say something doesn't work without asking for help isn't really a fair statement to make. There are a number of reasons why a software may not work which are outside the control of the developer. Proxies / firewalls / anti virus / security software / other programs / other programs that didn't uninstall properly / random machine configuration. But the biggest for "nothing working at all" for a new user of a software is usually user error, not knowing how to use the software. If you don't let the developer know then they cannot help you, either to understand what you doing wrong, figure out the cause and release an update.

@Nishdibar @socialgrow my experience was exciting. I always ask for people's opinion for tools or services that can get me Instagram accounts in the safest way. I've tried creating in bulk but surely get me problems. Then I tried services, there are a couple of them but the one I still use until today is appsally. For your case, you need long-term high-quality use, then aged account would be a perfect one.

I can show u where to buy too if you like to buy all is reliable. But just get a good automation ware and proxy when u wanna start the usage of the account.
