BTW, nobody can teach you cloaking, it's something you learn by trial and error.

If you ask more specific questions then we can probably try to help you out.

Why don't you post in the hire a freelancer, someone to setup a campaign for you, and you pay them for this, that's fine on bhw.

If you are eager to learn, just get a cloaker, most reputable cloakers have pages and pages full of tutorials for noobs and for advanced features setups. Learning basics for complete noob is tops 1-2 hours worth of studies.
