There are many self claimed dmca ignored hosting that are mainly known only in BHW and when you search them you will find nothing about them on web and most of them use "offshore, bulletproof, dmca ignored" for advertisement and they are most of times reseller of another provider and that providers actually shut you down for copyright infringements.

No self promotion please, Only introduce a hosting that let you host copyrighted material and they give no crap about DMCAs. You know you should have received DMCAs in your email but hosting shouldnt care about it. thats what we call DMCA ignored hosting.

A good DMCA ignored hosting should have some negative press in regards to piracy about it. It Should have history and several lawsuits and get out of it alive and they wouldnt actually claimed we ignore DMCA and copyright but they do. They wouldnt blatantly advertise that because It have many legal consequences when they encounter a piracy lawsuit, But small guys wouldnt care, if things get serious they would either shut you down or their whole operation, These guys who make it very obvious and clear that they host copyrighted material and gives no shit about it are usually 1 person company and they would shutdown as soon as they get a serious lawyer letter or lawsuit and open another "bulletproof" hosting company.

So please tell me where are you hosting your movie site, The more customers your hosting provider get the longer they will survive.

AlexHost ignore DMCA, I can guarantee that. Unless they receive court order from Moldova.

Xor.sc - I doubt you can afford that, but they guarantee no shutdown.

Offshore and Bulletproof are different words, and Bulletproof is 10x more expensive than you can imaginate.

Well... I guess all offshore providers will behave that way in such situations.

The reason offshore hosting can ignore the DMCA is that the copyright holder is in 'overseas'. The hosting company can't do anything if they visit country or hire a local lawyer. This is why you should back up your whole data. If the copyright holder threatens the hosting company, you can solve the problem by closing the server and migrate to another offshore hosting in another country. This is how Pirate Bay and other giant pirate sites survived. They change server frequently.

Cover the ip with a CDN so that the server's location is not easily find, and investigate multiple providers. You should always have a plan for responding to emergency.

I've been with Shinjiru for more than 5 years now. I moved the server to NL last year for some time, and they received a DMCA complaint. They had to take down the site or it would have been gotten serious. They took down the site from that server, changed the server to Ukraine (I think) and my site was up again. No problems so far.

I've some sites on AlexHost and they are also good. No problems so far.

I tried Netengi and Ntup also but I couldn't stay with them for a longer time, so I don't know.

sometimes terms of service are there for superficial legal reasons. in practicality they have 0 application. my group may or may not have received dozens of dmca for copyright from very large american corporations. no negative action was taken.

see what other pirates are hosting on. warez-bb been around for 10yr+. wonder who's providing their server space. same with putlocker. argument can be made they're just mirroring links not hosting the actual movie. every "movie sites" are doing the same. unless youre trying to become the next openload or whoever flavor of the year is for hosting copyrighted media. in that case i doubt you'll find an answer. theres a reason they all go down eventually and a new one comes up.

Okay, first of all, every hosting based outside the US jurisdiction can be called DMCA ignored as only in the US DMCA is applicable.

Secondly, truly DMCA ignored ISP won't shut down your server right after receiving copyright notice. In fact, it would take a lot of time & money for any DMCA claim to be legit in the other country as all the claims have to be submitted through lawyers via postal mail.

Thus, when choosing an ISP, make sure they wouldn't cut your server & would get all the proof of DMCA notices.

sorry, there not many non DMCA or offshore providers that will help when top bods are investigating you.

I learn this from deep underground reading from ig bots back in the day of mass planner.

When you investigated the pressure that these companies hit the service providers are very hard legally.

The big problem is they also give in and give anything on your website to help you get caught especially the money gateways info.

What I understand the only real way is going to a 3rd world country and set up your own server in that country. (( this seems to be the only real way a none DMCA and offshore server can be classed as real.))

Sorry, you can use all the DMCA and offshore advertised services but guaranteeing them not giving in on pressure when you're investigated is not 100 guaranteed .....

You basically have to find hosting in a country that has a no extradition to the US. If they won't send criminals to the US, then they likely don't care about US copyright law.

It won't protect you from local lawsuits, but it will be a basic protection from copyright claims. But with enough pressure a lot of companies will give in.

Make sure your domain is registered in a country and registrar that also doesn't care about copyright law. Register a .com or .net or .info won't help you. In fact the domain is usually what they go after because it's easier than going after the host. They just put a note in to the registrar that you're using it for copyright infringement and get the domain terminated.

It's why a lot of those video streaming sites have to keep switching domains every few months.
