Appeal banned youtube account

My youtube account was banned 6 years ago because I uploaded videos that were against youtube TOS. That was when I started with IM and I didn't know what I was doing.

I tried to appeal a year ago without success.

Is there any chance I can get my account back?

Start a new channel - If they have informed you that "We have decided to keep your account suspended" Then they will keep it like that only. Don't wast your time go for a fresh channel

If I create a new google/youtube account can I use the same details to get paid?
