warning:
they don't tell you the username for remote connection is Administrator
and they don't send you your cpanel username by e-mail after you make an account. kind of ridiculous to be honest. luckily i had my username saved so i could access cpanel without waiting for support
can someone tell me the uptime of the windows us VPS servers, is it like 99% good? or are there consistent outages? i just want to know so i don't waste my time

Administrator username is always default username in Windows Server OS.
An email will be sent automatically once the payment is made for VPS, may be you need to check your SPAM folder ?

Maximum 2 users can connect simultaneously, if you need more you will need to get additional license.

check ticket id #PBM406 only getting around 3gb of ram for my offshore 3 package where I should be getting 16gb after two upgrades. Invoice has already been paid number of cpu cores is correct=8, please fix, my site is unreachable because of the 99% cpu usage due to everythig going to swap.

these VPS are advertised as SSD but when you open it up you get HDD. i opened a support ticket about this. it should be changed to SSD, potential buyers beware
All our nodes are equipped with multiple SSD drives, if you think it is HDD then please feel free to cancel it.
