How to manage your time?

i have a whiteboard on the wall just right to my table. With everything written on it what to do and when to do.

I know this is kinda weird but i usually write how im suppose to pass the day prepare myself writing on a paper is the most accruable thing.

To be productive, I focus on managing my energy, not time. Well, for the most part.

How about todist? An app for creating a to-do list. You get reminders of the tasks.

seems like you are rich.
Coz richer people value there time more then poor's.
Anyway
Hire VA's to manage your product/service business so it becomes autopilot.

Planning ahead helps.

The best tool is to use blocks of time dedicated to your projects.
Start small.
4 hours of complete focus everyday, no distractions, define the task in advance and focus.

Expand slowly.
When you get to 8 hours of complete focus you're over 99% of people.

And starting small doesn't drain you out.

I think google calender is quite overlooked here, I got a chromecast thingy and certain tasks are repetitive and you can put reminders in for anything from meetings, to food, break etc etc. it's like having a personal assistant who talks and reminds you of stuff. seems like very sweet when still in bed waking up and asking like "google, what's on the agenda today"then it tells you what your schedule is for that day, and then reminds you again when the next event is upcoming and you put those events for yourself in google calender... syncs across all devices etc.

I use this because I really tend to loose the time and end up spending more time on a particular task than intended... especially now I need it more than ever because I would start with some study work, then programming, then work, then gaming and in between there has to be rest time, lunch, rest etc... so I need that extra poke from some program or device to let me know... dude stop with this... and grab some food before you pass out

I use this app called "tomato 2" it's like working for 25 minutes, 5 minute break, then repeat. you can easily customise the settings, add notes what you have to do while tomato is "growing" hehe, turn on silent mode and etc, I noticed that it helps me out, hope something like this will help you out too

So I have tried a few on this list and I must say that trello works best for me.
