My Twitter account is RESTRICTED. How do I fix this?

I have a very old Twitter account with 100k+ followers (all genuine, and very highly interactive). Twitter restricted my profile, and I reached out to them but nothing still happened for weeks. How do I unrestrict it? Can you please help?

I have put an insane amount of effort into this account


Just to add:
I don't use any automation or software. I tweet from my personal phone and I don't spam at all. Its not even a commercial account. I don't do shout outs or sell anything. Its literally an account to write thoughts/quotes/commentary.

I did, several times. Nothing happened. They suspend it after I submitted an appeal for the account's restriction.

Its like they don't even give a shit, especially about their "Appeal Form". Its bullshit.

I did nothing wrong, suddenly restricted (Can't get the code that is sent to the phone number) then after three weeks got banned, sent so many appeals, but no response!

Sadly, it was a money account with 15K followers.

Did you have a verified phone number on the account?

I lost a few small accounts because they asked for a telephone number and I didn't enter one. They were all banned.

I contacted support but was ignored.

1. Verify your email.
2. Verify your phone number or add one to your account.
3. Delete the tweets associated with the rules that were violated.
4. Change your password.
