You aren't asking too much. This is actually a really great side gig for people. You don't need all girls. The girls could do the voice work and the guys could do just sex-ting. Hell I might think of doing it if I got paid well. I would advertise on craigslist or fiverr or freelancer. I've met people who do this kind of thing. Super common.

Once you find the girls for the work it should go pretty smoothly.
