I didn’t have to do anything like that. I just used a Canadian credit card and it worked. But mind you the card is a “infinite” card with a high balance. So that might be the reason.

I can't put real information because that would require a registered business, which I don't have.

So I guess all I'm left with is a dummy account. That's not really a problem, however, can I put a dummy address and then add my debit card with no issues?

Hey bro, I was able to get mine with no hassle, just insert your name and pick your country. In the business name field, I simply inserted my domain name without the .COM, When I chat with them it takes barely 5mins to get connected with a representative.

Well maybe your timing is a busy one, I chat them up around GMT+1 mid-day or mornings and I have discovered I wait longer when I chat during EST morning or late.

When it comes to traffic cost, BING seems way cheaper at least as far as I know.

You will need to add a credit card to have the coupon work, so if you do not have a card for the country you are trying to use, then there might be some issues with BING (not sure). I hope this helps

Yes you will have to add credit card, most likely its a matching coupon, so you spend 100 they match with 100. Find out about that. Bing ads have very low conversion. Some of people searching at bing and bing network go to google and convert there. Not many other way around. Hey but its free cant complain though.
