Why I cant post new stories on Medium anymore?

why I can't post new stories on Medium anymore?
I used to use Medium as an excellent web 2.0
but now every time when I try to create a new article (with backlink or without) it tells me that: "This story is under investigation or was found in violation of the Medium Rules. Edit story."

is it the end of Medium backlinks?

Check if you're using on of the most spammed words online and remove them. (words like casino, viagra...)
