Why would you want that? Aren't those groups low quality and full of spam? Do those posts convert anything?

Yes, there is spam in public groups. After all, it's easy to make a viral post because you can share posts in these groups.

Regardless, you still cannot post very often with FB unless you're a group Mod. They will block your account.
