looks like somebody whipped up a fake exchange, asked users to deposit, and just keep the deposits rolling in
they must have marketed it well

I had an experience with this website just now 
I am selling instagram accounts through fameswap and as always got messages from scammers, one guy wanted to talk through telegram and asked questions like normal buyers. He said he will pay via BTC and i will give him account details only after i got the BTC on my Binance wallet. I said ok but after i gave him my BTC address he said all his BTC is in a wallet at this address and he cant withdraw his money from there only he can transfer money inside this website which is uniccoins.com, so that's a scam allert and i knew that. I just wanted to know what's the catch here, so i registered this website and he transferred money to my account but when i tried to withdraw it said " You can withdraw your funds only on address, which is registered and verified with your account. To verify you need to make a deposit from this address" and minimum deposit is 0.02 BTC which is like $300 right now so if you want your money you need to spend $300.
I guess they are contacting with big priced accounts so $300 will be nothing for them
