Hello guys. I want to place bets at American sportbooks and casinos (I'm in Europe) but I have a huge problem. All of them for legal reasons demand the user to install the GeoComply plugin so they can see you're instate ( I need to appear from New Jersey). Looked around some articles and I think that company know what they're doing, they brag that they catch 100k spoofers every month, some people think it'd be easier to hack into Jeff Bezos' bank account than to successfully spoof geocomply and play on American betting sites. Is it really impossible to do it?

You mean paying someone in New Jersey to have TeamViewer open on his computer so I can bet or am I not getting it at all? That wouldn't work to be fair as I know no one there and they'd just steal my money and card details lol

I'll look shortly , they're a serious company GeoComply, multibillion dollar gambling companies use their services and they act as a monopoly on their market, they're really advanced. Not 100% on that but I think their owner bragged they can even catch teamviewer'ing people for example my friend in NJ opens the shit on his PC and lets me log in via TW and do it from abroad, mad really, think he also said they try to locate nearby WIFIs locations to detect if it's not just a VPN

You can get a VPS (Virtual private server located in the US) from a big hosting company. So you won't have to worry somebody is snooping your connection.
Guys, I think none of this will work. We're talking about a beast here, the GeoComply plugin can EVEN DETECT remote use (teamviewer co.) And if it sees something it doesn't like, it reports it to the book and apparently the end result is a locked account. From what I've heard, some people never even got their money back. It also uses some advanced technology, not sure what, which triangates your wifi or something and checks the nearby wifis too, very confusing. Got banned on the hacking reddit for asking xD

I think you didn't read alot about this. Let's say for example, someone in US, with a laptop, with WiFi, etc, a real person, rents you his computer for a specified time. Is almost impossible to know if you are there or not. I don't know how GeoComply works, but if they install something on your computer, that detects incoming traffic for RDP/TeamViewer/VNC etc., then yeah, 99% is impossible. Post a thread in HAF, maybe someone will help you out.

If Remote Desktop doesn't work, there are tons of alternative programs that may not have been flagged yet by them. I'm not sure if it even makes sense that they go off of internal connections to your computer since there are tons of programs like backup programs that upload and download to the cloud and they are always on and can be located anywhere.
I've never seen this GeoComply program before but a lot of places nowadays verify you through your credit report in the US. So if your details don't match up they force you to go through a manual review or just don't give you an account since they can't verify you.
So some places especially for taking tests have online proctoring. They make you download a new browser that detects different programs that shouldn't be running on your computer. If you don't disable those programs they won't let you take the test. From what I've heard the workaround is/was to run a virtual machine on the host computer. I've personally never done this but the answer might be in there somewhere or at least it's a start on what to look for.
