How can I work with influencers on a commission basis

I've been looking for the past couple of days for a service that lets me work with creators. ALL of them require I pay a fee upfront for a product review. None of the services let me do pay per sale. Do you guys know any place where I can pay creators a commission on each sale (which would be $12-40)?

Best chance is to aim for less popular influencers. But if you're working with legit content "creators " I'm not talking about wannabe models on IG it is harder. Idk what your niche is exactly but I used to send mass emails to Behance artists (make sure they do have enough social media followers) I liked and offered them a commission. 30% agreed to work on a commission basis. Which is not too bad I think. Anyway, hope that helps.

You're already on the right path. I'll just add that you should post on the jv forum here on BHW. If there are guys who own accounts with huge followings, they'll definitely contact you. I had a fellow contact me through this method.

As kelp said, most bigger influencers expect some cash in advance. Try with less popular ones, or - if you know your conversion rates - simply do the maths and pay them a flat sum and less/nothing per conversion?

Curate a list of influencers with peak engagement for same fanbase. Ask them to send over a snapshot of stories just so you know their worth.
