I placed an order a week ago and haven't gotten an update. I messaged the seller a few times. I'm not sure if the backlog is too much, but I have not received my order yet.

No reply from a week ago.. doesn't make me confident in actually ordering. I'm sure people waiting for content are getting worried.. what's up?

@RebeccaThomas the PM you received when your sales thread was approved stated that marketplace threads require maintenance. As you've now been absent for 2+ weeks, your thread has been closed.

If you have any outstanding orders, you'll need to submit proof that the orders have either been fulfilled or refunded before we'll reopen your thread. To do this, you'll need to contact the buyers via PM (not Skype or email) so that we can verify it.
