Looking for the best bot on live streaming

I want to create a system that can do the following.
・Automatic live streaming account creation.
・Start multiple emulators such as BlueStacks on your PC and log in multiple times.
・ A bot that throws comments and gifts.
・Automatically set a different IP for each emulator.
・Set the connection source for each account with VPN.
I searched for a tool, but it seems to be a niche and does not hit the search. Please lend force!
