Domain .com where i can instantly transfer to another hosting

2 questions:

1. Is there any place i can buy a .com domain and instantly transfer it to another hosting ?
2. I have a hosting in my home country. As long as the dns nameservers are right will the site load well from any other country, will it be fast loading in US per example ?
The loading time from a website is only influentiated by the dns nameserver or it is also by the place where hosting is established ?

1 If you are talking about hosting, it doesn't matter where you buy a domain, you just need to change the nameservers or the A record
2 The loading time will always be faster if you have the server in the country you want to rank but if you are not using some shit server there will be only a few seconds of difference, don't worry too much about it

1. What do you mean, Can i use a godaddy domain on my hosting without having to transfer it ?

1 Yes, with every registrar you just need to change the nameservers to your hosting and you are good
