How to get an email list?

How can I build an Email list to push an affiliate offer of mine. I don’t have any blog subscriptions of any sort. Are there sites I can buy email lists for a niche? Thanks I hope to get a reply back.

When you don't have blog next way is scrapping only. They are so many lead extractor tools which can scrap emails from any website.

I would not use any tools they mostly want you to buy a membership, if you have some programming skills e.g. Python just go on GitHub and get a scraper there they work great.

I just tested one and successfully scraped 200 mails on medium.com

I dont understand where this information is acesable in any group, as far as i know there is only names of people who have joined.
