I can vouch for Cash App as well.

The transaction fee is 1.75% plus a "volatility fee" based on price fluctuation between US exchanges. There's a trade confirmation screen that shows the total fee before you submit the trade.

Compare this to Coinbase fees... at best they're 2.49% and only then if you're spending at least $200 USD. It goes up for smaller trades.
