Google Play Developer registration stopped supporting VCC

Is anyone facing the same issue here?
I tried to create an account with my vcc provider, however, it seems they started to block this provider with the reason:
"Unable to use pre-paid credit cards".

Now, I am aware that they require a bank-issued debit cards for Adsense, but I was never facing this kind of issue for Google Play accounts.

Please post below if you are facing the same issue.

Your prepaid VCc provider probably change it bin

Or the VCR sucks

There are many VCR still working for Google Play

I changed the VCR and doing stuff more cautiously now.
Google sometimes still detects that there is a linkage with previous accounts, but I highly suspect that's not the VCC's fault, it's rather my package I upload (including screenshots, etc.).

It's all about testing and learning, so keep going

I registered few days ago an account and accepted with vcc prepaid, no issues in the process, maybe the quality of your vcc could be the issue

VCC Provider is not good. Otherwise, VCC Is still working. I am using them myself so know.
