Who is the 'go to' guy on here?

On another forum I posted on there are levels like amatuer, veteran, professional, master, grandmaster etc that will shows you how knowledgable and apt someone is on here and you can ask them for help.

I was wondering if there's any way to know who the 'guy' is here? Like everyone has that some guy who's homework you might copy in school. Who is that guy here?
