The same way you would upload any website. FTP clients are usually the best/easiest option but they are just websites so you would use any method that is supported by your host and you are comfortable using.

Hi Kaine, DomRecovery was designed from the ground up to recreate websites as they appeared previously. As every site shows their content differently I am not sure how realistic it would be to grab just the content on anything other than a basic WP blog with a default theme.

You can recover the entirety of a website providing the pages are linked from the homepage in some way (via other pages or directly). All websites will be recovered as html websites as that is how they are displayed on the wayback machine so while the forum should be present on the recovered site it won't have a backend or any of the features you would expect from a forum, it will be a static html site.
