When I clicked on it there were deals available for PBN placements.

This is correct. These links are not part of any PBN, but come from real, independent websites. As a SEO company, we provide many different link building services, which includes the PBN service you saw on our website. But this link insertions service and our PBN service have nothing to do with each other. They are completely different offers.

Someone sent me a PM with a list of questions that are not covered in our FAQ, which I thought might be useful to share here, along with our answers:
Q. Do you verify and ensure the SEO metric DR is not artificially boosted?
A. Yes, we do. We make sure the backlinks profile warrants the DR score.
Q. Do you ensure the website is not currently penalized by any Google updates?
A. This is impossible to know as we do not have access to their search console (these are real websites owned by independent webmasters) and algorithmic penalties are impossible to confirm. However, since we look for sites with actual traffic and rankings, it is unlikely that the sites have any kind of penalty if they have traffic and rankings.
Q. Do you offer any replacement guarantee. If yes, what's the duration?
A. Yes, we can replace the links within 3 months or longer in some cases. Generally speaking, if a link does not get removed within 3 months, it will stay up indefinitely.
Q. Do you offer any guarantee for OBL on a page? If yes, how many?
A. No, we do not guarantee a specific OBL, but we obviously will avoid spammed pages with tons of outbound links.
Q. Do you check the index status of the page where you drop the link? (I know this is a dumb question but, there are sellers here who do [not do] that!)
A. Yes, we make sure the site and page are indexed in Google.
Q. Do you ensure the content is unique?
A. Yes, we do.
Q. Is there a possibility to remove a link if the link doesn't match what is advertised on your sales page?
A. Yes, this is possible. Bear in mind that prior to any links going up, you will receive a prospects list for approval, from which we will then begin negotiations for link placement. So, if any sites/pages on the prospects list do not suit you, you can simply reject them.
