Hi everyone,
I was running my primary Shopify store via FB ad's with a solid 2.5/6x ROAS consistently until the past weekend when my ROAS dropped to around 1.7-1.8x. Now I know to some this may not be much, but to others who are spending $3-5K/day on ad spend alone, you all know how this can massively effect your net revenue.
Previously, with a strong ROAS, I was able to sustain on average between $900-$1200 in net rev daily. All of my winning campaigns have matured there pixel conversion data for purchases and I built out several new campaigns today with the hopes of broadening my audience.
I have 2 winning products for each respective campaign. One has been running since May and the second has only been running for about one month, since mid-August, so it's not really an issue with product saturation at all.
I've been trying to read why ROAS drops like that overnight but I cannot find a solid explanation or better yet, a solid fix. Weekends tend to be better in sales but even then, weekdays are still good.
I'm reaching out to all of you for some help and possible solutions to increase my ROAS. Just as a side note - I never use FB's ROAS to measure my true ROAS, but instead do it myself (website sales/ad spend).
Thanks in advance!
