Smartpanel CRONJOB ISSUES!

I have an smartpanel SMM.


I have no cronjobs!
BUT im getting 2x orders when client make 1 order on the platform.
Im losing so much money, how can i fix this?

If there are no cronjobs and you don't have access to that code then Make a cronjob that detects this duplicates and deletes the duplicate (If you are able to access the database)

If it is a hosted white label solution then sadly you will have to contact the Developer

I have full access to the hosting,
Developer is terrible at responding.

How can i find duplicate?

As you mentioned that duplicate order is being created. Just run a cronjob every second to check for new orders and find the duplicates. Kill the 2nd one.

But as we now know that you do have the access to the code it would be much better option to find the place where this order creation is taking place and stop the duplicates from there itself.

Don't know how your panel is setup but it should be under "New Order" process flow.

Are you hosting it yourself on a VPS, is it shared hosting or what are you using? If you can connect to to the machine via ssh, you can check the running processes and see if multiple processes of the same proxy server is running. This could for example happen with litespeed if the processes amount is set to more than one, which will causes it to "spin up" a new process for application load balancing reasons, which essentially means that it could be running the cron job multiple times.

I appriciate your advice but how does this help my situation, as i have no cronjobs on my website and it sends out 2 requests.

Are you allowed to connect to the server via ssh? If so, you can do so and depending on the OS of the server, you can use the command to check the running processes. If stablehost can do it for you, then you can tell them to try and look for multiple proxy servers of the same type running on the server.
