I feel bad when an active member gets banned

Holy ****!

I'm not sure what happen but it happens for a good reason.

In fact, yeah, it is sad to see another Jr VIP being banned, but... Damn!

I understand people get mad and talk shit about other people, I just don't get why some people are crossing that line, don't get it.

If anyone gives people a chance to "change", then it's BHW (no BS).

Rules are simple for everyone to follow.

Mods are brilliant, they do an amazing job to keep this forum clean and I have never questioned "why" they ban someone.

Life goes on...

Alot of things happen behind the scenes that not everyone notices. In some cases it's very predictable.

I actually feel mods are at a good place with the law enforcement. Think that the temptation of playing the system just a little bit is in most members one way or another; if they started being more lenient there would be a exponential growth of people transgressing the rules "just a little bit" because "everyone else" are doing it, and that means a lot more work for the mods. I hope the idea and terminology doesn't offend anyone; I am not trying to be demeaning or conflicting. I like this place and it's community, but this forum is a juicy profitable place, so if you don't keep folks at bay and nip the buds early, they may get the wrong idea and that's a lot more work and hurt feelings down the road.

You never know the amount of infractions a person has or what he/she's doing in pms for instance. It's not that easy to get permanently banned right off the bat. It needs to be a serious violation or the nth violation to get banned.

I Think Ban is when you make a lot of mistakes or infractions.
So Aren't those infractions a chance already to redeem yourself

Really feel bad when an active member gets banned here. I mean he is contributing a lot to the forum and suddenly gets banned. I know rules are to be followed but just expressing my feelings here.

A member few days ago I forgot his full username like @meeracat... got banned. He was close to celebrating his 1000 post but he got banned before that.. Not sure what he did wrong as BHW does not usually display the reason for ban

Another member who joined 3 months ago @aman khattar but was very active also got banned.

Both were junior Vip's but sadly got banned.

I wish there is a way to give them a chance to come back to the forum. After all, everyone do mistakes and I am sure, if given a chance again, they won't repeat it. I know they are given many infractions before they get banned but still, a Final chance maybe.

@Diamond Damien I would like you to consider this option, if possible.
@Meerakat is banned? Sad. I am still using his YouTube subs downloader.

Why would you care so much...Just worry about yourself and move on. Clearly they F* up and deserved the ban

If they are banned, means they should be banned. No matter if they are active or not.

There are rules for a reason. The mods sometimes have to take tough decisions to keep the members safe, particularly concerning that BHW is not just a discussion forum but a business. If the mods are not serious about scams, eventually we all lose trust and find a more reliable forum. I've read on several SEO articles by professionals that BHW is at the end of the food chain. You try & waste time at other useless forums, and keep looking for more reliable forums or services until you find BHW. The site didn't gain such a reputation without this level of moderation. Moreover, it'd be equally disappointing to mods to ban active members who are supposed to be responsible members in the forum.

the onlyone i miss is @mickyfu, he was fun. if anyone deserves an un-ban its him ;)
I was active during the last days of @mickyfu. He was begging & threatening each and every mod to make him a mod. The mods even requested him several times not to send everyone PMs asking for upgrade. I can only imagine the level of harassment that lead to his ban. If I was the owner, I'd unban & ban him again on every weekend (without giving permission to posting in threads & PMs).

I wish I could know it. If you can add the cause of ban next to his profile, that would be very helpful. Please consider this option. I saw the reason mentioning in one case @shreb where it's clearly written he got banned due to Mod abuse but he was just an exception. It should be made a norm with all banned members.
I wouldn't recommend giving reason as it could tarnish their reputation outside BHW & destroy their livelihood forever, particularly if they use the same username everywhere.

He was given endless opportunities considering that he was friendly with a lot of members here. I've seen him getting temp-banned several times & mods even mentioned that he won't get another chance. But, he didn't bother.

@Meerakat is banned? Sad. I am still using his YouTube subs downloader.
If you can see his profile, it's a temp-ban. He is a helpful member and I hope he doesn't get perm-banned.
