I believe i have read much more than you. Having seen some incidents over the TV doesn't mean you should come up with some wrong statistics without any evidence. You should learn more about statistics and sampling.

Well with social media and all the juicy data google & Alexa are getting from households + kids tapping OK to playing video games etc you would have to be crazy or insane or just plain love tin foil that someplace somewhere..

Someone isn't building a pattern or AI to track behaviour of what someone posts, the games they play, the money they earn and spend and on what as well as what sites they visit how often they call people and the way they speak to have some kind of minority report AI on the go already...

All that data all connected and now access to medical records as well..
