If you create a page for a topic instead of a keyword you will be ranking for a lot of related terms. I've also noticed that pages rank for more keywords when: speed is improved and also when pages get some more/strong links.

Basically the way I do it is to look at the page on ahrefs and find out what keywords you are ranking for in the top 100, specifically look for keywords that are bottom of page 1 or top of page 2 as they're normally the easiest ones to improve with a little on-page optimization.
On top of that, look at the terms your page is already ranking for - higher the better - then look at the competition immediately below your page in the serps, then check those URLs out on ahrefs and find out what keywords they are ranking for - this goes for the spcific page as well as any other pages on their website, the idea being that if you are beating them for keyword X, then the chances are you can probably beat them for other keywords that they are also ranking for.
If you don't have ahrefs then I would highly recommend getting a 7 day trial - either directly with ahrefs if you've not done so before, or by purchasing a VCC from the marketplace with which to set up a trial account. You can get enough research to last you a fair while within that 7 day trial period.
If it works out well for you post hte results back here.
Also, for the record, as I don't really know specifically what angle you are taking here, it is quite possible to rank a single page for hundreds and hundreds of keywords (In case you were asking, is it possible to do that, rather than specifically how to do it) and in fact its better to have your page targeting a range of closely related keywords rather than trying to over-optimize the page for a single (or small number of) keyword(s). In my experience this can often aid in ranking for the higher value keywords as Google understands that keywords are grouped together and that a page that is about the broad topic of "cars" for example should mention (and consequently be optimized for) closely related terms such as "Toyota", "Ford" etc.

These are some tips to rank more keywords for a page: Do Your Initial Keyword Research, Check Out the Competition, Consider Intent, Conceptualize Content, Execute, Optimize for Your Keyword, Publish. I came across this wonderful blog https://ahrefs.com/blog/also-rank-for-study/. This blog takes lots of information to rank more keywords for a page. You should pull the top-ranking pages for that keyword and see how many other keywords they also rank for and how much search traffic it brings them.
