Well this post and the next 2 posts are of extremely big importance to anyone interested in this service. Thanks for taking a few minutes to read them entirely..

The reason the update took so long is that we preferred to SIT AND GET THE THING DONE rather than just keep talking and answering every offender and liar. Thank God, my patience is no longer abused. We have finally functioned a system that adapts 100% to the new fb changes, and the next days things are gonna go back to normal and this service will be more stable than ever. BUT there are things from the last period that I cannot let pass without commenting and letting in a word of justice.

Before Answering everyone seperately, I'd like to make a small point:

Do you have an idea about HOW MANY PERSONS IN OUR SHOES WOULD'VE JUST RAN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY???
It would've meant much to me if someone pointed out that with all the destructive happenings that occurred the last few days, we have stayed there fighting and continuing to get this thing done. I wonder why very few of the people who got their FULL refunds came here and said that they did at least that would've prevented me from hearing some people labeling as thieves or scammers when we have put our DAILY NEEDS aside to afford paying these refunds!! We have been working almost 18 hours per daily and spending HUGE amounts of money for God only knows how long (I lost my sense of time out of being glued to my pc for as long as I am awake), the system we have developped came after HUNDREDS of failure. Of course someone with a mentality similar to "sharepro"'s would say you're not doing this for the love of God but cos you're gonna earn eventually. Well yes, but what would've prevented us from running away with your money and taking all the time to develop the system and coming back with a new identity and offering the same service with a higher price.. Well nothing would prevent us from doing such thing other than this "love of God" and of people who don't know but that we truly love to help. I am not asking for a "thank you", it's too late to be honest hehe I am just opening the eyes of some. Yes, I do admit the communication was not as it was supposed to be, but again there was a choice between spending every second to solve the situation or spend it elsewhere. I tried to be as exitent as possible but there were times when just seeing this thread would give me a colon crisis for all the injustice I see so I thought it would put me in bed and delay all the orders if I check it before developing the working system. Yes, maybe that is not the typical "professional" behavior, but I admit it that I am human before all and do what I do with so much love and get hurt with each and every offense as if it came from a close friend. Maybe that's not what you're looking for but I know those who are looking for that more than all in the people they put their business in their hands.

Just give me a person I have not not given either their order or a refund, I am actually running after customers to give them their refunds some didn't want their money out of solidarity cos they knew what we've been through but I insist on giving refunds!!! I know it's kinda harsh to not take people for returning customers unless they review BUT as u can see how some people used the fact that we had problems to attack us this way so we have to defend ourselves, that is just temporary. You're one of the people who have worked with us back when we sold 1k friends for 2$ lol to be honest I never expected you to post a complaint here since you've known us since forever and know the quality of our work but it's all good, happy to have you with or without the review friend.

Anyways, shut the fuck up about it for a minute, and read through the recent parts of the thread... wait a day or two for the team to catch up... and if nothing, start berating again.

I used to offer facebook services to clients... it's hard, they change their shit a lot. I stopped because it wasn't my only business and i couldn't afford the time to adapt each time facebook changed the coding.

Delivery falling behind stated time line: I placed an order for boosting on two accounts. Work started on accounts within 24 hours. Work is not complete at the 72 hour mark, but half way there. I still think PG is catching up on accounts.

My order entailed 8,000 adds. That's a considerable undertaking; although she didn't meet the 36 hour time frame, I have been pleased with overall progress. Pleased enough that I placed a second order today. I think they should lengthen their stated time line to 72 hours. That's more realistic given the nature of the task and volume of work coming her way and would avoid disappointed customers and negative feedback. My two bits.
