How to search for posts according to account size

I would like to see the posts made in the past hour or several hours of a certain hashtag or keyword from accounts that have a certain amount of followers. For example, I want to see posts from #memes by users that only have 50,000 or more followers. Are there any tools that can spit out this information?

There is risedecoded but it doesn't have the feature for extracting the users with 50k followers so you need to find an alternative

I want to be able to do real time searches. It might not be be possible without a bot.
