I have just read this report and recommend it. It is a straight up no fluff way of building a micro niche site. I see the possibilities of implementing this system using different niches.
I plan on following it step by step for my first site than changing it up for another site and so on.

A couple of questions
1. Does this involve cpa fraud in anyway? i mean will the leads be real as in real potential buyers?
2.how much on average in ppc spending or other advertising is required. You had a 50$ voucher , but it's not possible to have one for all the campaigns. I ask 'cause i dread adwords and am sure many others do as well, so we need to know what we are getting ourselves into.
Had a few others but i am bone tired right now.......

You will be providing your CPA network with real leads. It does not involve paying people to fill out your offers or anything really blackhat like that. It's a little manipulative, but not illegal.
I can't accurately say how much you're average PPC campaign is going to cost without knowing what market you're looking at. However, all in all competition is either very small or non-existent, so you reduce the amount of money you spend on PPC considerably.
You don't HAVE to use AdWords, but we did and it works.

My review...
This is a concise report which discusses a novel method for generating CPA income. I have not seen this tactic discussed before, at least not the specific utilization of the research which is gathered. While this may not be totally white hat, I don't see how the affiliate networks should have any problems. The leads are totally real, targeted, voluntary and not-incentivized. No spam, no torrents, no adware, no cookie-stuffing etc.
There is a time investment for research and site/campaign building. Fortunately due to the nature of the research this can be done in conjunction with normal daily activities. The technical skills needed are very basic as far as internet marketing goes.
If put into action this should easily pay for itself.
One question I have is how long each project will produce sustainable income without ongoing maintenance. Will have to test that to find out.
