[WTB] Needing a coder for a Traffic Bot - $1k budget

Hi everyone,
I am needing someone to create a traffic bot for me. It needs to be on a server/site, as I need to send hundreds or thousands sessions at the time and I don't want to run it on a computer. It would require some kind of proxy solution as well I guess, but most importantly the ability to send thousands of hits/views really fast.

The ideal is that you already have some kind of solution and that you let me try it so I can see if it works for the purpose I want, but if not you can start it from 0 as well. My budget for this is around $1000 but obviously less would be better and any cheaper offers will be prioritized.

Thank you! Yes, I have that one and it works well although I need something that lets me send more traffic and doesnt freeze my computer, but it is a pretty good software for the price!
