As the title says, I would really appreciate some recommendations based on your experiences, because as of now I can't find any actually. But maybe I just suck at Googling or browsing through the marketplace.

Thanks in advance!

A quality proxy provider should be able to open the ports for you (or allow you to open them yourself).

Try asking by posting some comments in the marketplace threads:

Thanks for your reply! do you have any specific providers in mind? Any that you have experience with? I registered on Luminati waiting for their reply on Skype and also contacted others, so fingers crossed. But I have also received some denies so far

Those providers get booted (competition is stiff with these blackhats)

I don't think any provider with a decent network allow mailing ports to be used. This is the quicker way to get IPs blacklisted.

Anyway, good luck and when you find a provider, make sure you test their IPs for quality score.

Reputable spam/bot detection software and abuse reports are what blacklists IPs.

What you are wanting is an extremely blackhat service, you are better off searching russian forums for these

You're assuming the usage will be illicit from a common technical requirement for SMTP.

Your intention is to discourage people from using proxies with their own private mailing servers.

i doubt bhw proxy sellers will put there proxys at risk of being black listed

They should be ok, sending mail using an IP address that isn't associated with cloud mail services shouldn't be a reason for blacklisting.

IP blacklists are clusterfucks that just aggregate data from a handful of privately-hosted blacklist sites.

Some of these sites even allow exceptions for proxy providers as "dynamic users and hosts".

Blacklisting on an IP-level doesn't make sense when IPs are often shared or dynamic.
