Anyone heard about Bing $700 threshold accounts?

I just curious why you guys need threshold account?
Any reason?

As far I am using postpaid account, as time goes by, the threshold will be increase.

This is what I guess too... but I wonder is this the correct reason for getting threshold account?

Any buyer can help to clarify? I really curious about this.
I can run ads on my account for some time, make it higher threshold and sell it to you.
then create another new account to run ads again. I am using postpaid, so no issue for me toward threshold and I don't scam bing, I pay what I use :-D

I know there are some invoic thing or something can get upto 10k threshold,but I don't know what the trick exactly is.
Someone want to sell me that method on 2017 for 3k

Was wondering the same thing.. hadn't heard of this.
 
I saw some posts on NP that some users had 1000 after few threshold, but didn't saw that on any screen.
 
Not $700 on Bing, but yesterday on a Facebook Affiliate group, i read someone wants to sell $1200 Google ads account in exchange for some method of Fb coupons.
