How to check if backlinks are valid??

Considering he has just spent $800 on 50k blog comments, something tells me his site is about to be deindexed, not just the blog comments, but his overall knowledge of SEO while trying blackhat tactics. I can guarentee you hes doing over shady stuff wrong aswell. So yes I anticipate OP to have site deindexed, not solely due to the blog comments, but due to blog comments and his overall knowledge.

Never spend money on SEO until you know what you are doing roughly.

that being said, if thats all then the worst that will happen is that the site won't rank. also since not all 50k will be instantly (or ever) indexed, but slowly once crawlers find it + many are nofollow etc.
either the site starts ranking for longtails, or it just wont rank for the desired keywords. its very unlikely that it will get completely deindexed.
sorry, but you are just putting too much guess work into this. all he said is he bought links, so to assume there are more blackhat tactics going on is just speculation.

I don't know anything how he did. But he said 50K for 799, which seems not bad to me.
Bit as you all said, I think my money is wasted. Should I ask for partial refund?

its totally overpriced for blog comments. anyone with a backlink tool can do that and much more easily.
i mean your money is not totally lost, you might get some value for it, but like i said you paid too much for it.
you could ask for a refund, but i doubt the seller will agree as he delivered and you accepted his offer.
you should have done more research first before ordering.
