Make Money With Facebook Groups

I heard of this one guy selling a Facebook page for a good amount to a big company for 50k ~ range really crazy for something that runs on auto.

But the problem is where can you sell Facebook pages these days.

Can you sell them on Flippa, becuase I know on digital point its banned.

Also in the auction page of the guy selling the 1,000,000 fb group for $10k there was no bid at all and it says there that the auction terminated without a winner. I don't know if the guy sold it secretly but I think it's suspicious that no bid was offered and he told us that he sold it for that large sum of money and were at least two bids( $10k & $15k). This looks too good to be true for me(this somehow happens because I'm new at IM) but a proof would be appreciated...

I sold the group awhile ago before pages were hot. I wouldn't do it with a group...If you can get a page with over 1 Million members that still has publishing rights, you can probably sell it for around $50,000. Good Luck!

You can tell if your group is snowballing or going viral if it is still growing exponentially after about 5,000 members. A lot of groups find it difficult to break 2 or 3 thousand members. If it's been a couple weeks and you're still not even over 5k then start over.

Seek ideas that unite people. For example you may start a group called "The Pea Coat Group," and invite everyone on Facebook who wears peacoats to join your group. Have them post pictures of themselves wearing their peacoats. Just an idea.

I wonder how you got so many members without your group being deleted?

Here is why im skeptical. A friend of mine purchase an IPOD and really hated it.
He created a group stating he was giving away his ipod to one lucky person.
Within 2 days he had over 200k friends who wanted this one ipod and it was growing like mad until it reached 250k. On the third day the group was deleted and his account banned.

Why? It was a legit giveaway. Im amazed that your group continued to grow without deletion or suspension.
