I can see a lot of people using adsense don't optimize it well or never done A/B test, they just splash the code on the website and let it do the job itself, some turned on the auto ads, some never, so I start this poll and please vote your choice if you have some concrete answers, at least you think it is!

Btw, I am always wondering if pure Auto Ads is good enough, because I googled a lot there are not even 1 single person claimed auto ads performed better than fixed ads, people say google auto ads is really stupid and will drop the revenue, so please post your results if you tested this.

yeah u know, I didn't test myself but I set all my blocks to 300x250 according to many resources, they always claim fixed 300x250 block = above + below is the best option, so I choose this as default for years, but now I am seriously consider change all my blocks to responsive, yeah the place would be same as before, just responsive.

Never thought about the reality that auto would limit the ads you get.

I would love to use auto ads but every time I try to use it, it inserts ads into my footer and weird locations that throw my layout off.
This happens even on very popular/common themes like Avada.
Anybody have any advice on this?

And I even digged through another forum and nearly no one claimed auto ads are better than manual, but u see the poll, auto ads wins, though I am highly suspect if these guys tested themselves because nearly all people claim auto ads does lower the revenue.

I now want to focus on fixed position (above + middle + below) + responsive, I will give it a test after some time.
